Requests for public information under Pennsylvania’s New Right to Know Act may be submitted in person or by mail, facsimile or email to the Open Records Officer.  The Open Records Officer for the Montgomery County Office of the District Attorney is Deputy District Attorney Steven J. Latzer, P.O. Box 311, Norristown, PA 19404.  E-mail requests must be delivered to daopenrec@montcopa.org. 

 

This form must be completed when requesting information from our Office under the Right to Know Act.  The District Attorney’s Office does not accept verbal or anonymous requests.  The request must identify or describe the records sought with sufficient specificity to us to ascertain which records are being requested, and shall include the name and address to which our Office should address its response.

 

Photocopying fees are .25 per page, and all other fees are set in accordance with the Fee Structure contained within the Act.  For the full text of the Act, click here.

 

The Appeals Officer for the Montgomery County Office of the District Attorney is Deputy District Attorney Patricia Coonahan, District Attorney’s Office, P.O.
